  • Board of Directors Meeting

    The monthly Board of Directors meeting is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6pm.  You can attend via Zoom or in person in our office at: 24710 Sandhill Blvd #804. Please visit the Documents page for the meeting notice/agenda and minutes. 

    An additional Board meeting may be held each month on the 4th Thursday at 2pm to address deed restrictions.  Only deed restrictions will be discussed at this meeting.

    Please watch your email for details regarding the meetings and how to attend via Zoom.


  • Board of Directors Resume Search

    Now that we're approaching a new fiscal year, we are currently looking for owners that would like to be on the Board of Directors. This year, we will have three (3) open postions on the Board.

     

    If you are interested in being on our Board of Directors, please keep in mind that the meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of every month at our office (24710 Sandhill Blvd, Unit 804 Punta Gorda, FL 33983). Only owners are permitted to be on the Board of Directors.

     

    You may submit a bio sheet/resume (no more than 1 page) to help the residents get to know you.  

     

    The deadline to submit your resume is: June 30

     

    To ensure all bios/resumes can be reviewed and printed for the annual meeting packet, no submissions will be taken after the date above. 


    In addition, we are looking for volunteers for this year's Nominating Committee.  The Nominating Committee is selected by the Board of Directors, and is responsible for reviewing all Board candidate resumes for eligibility. The use of a Nominating Committee is per the Section 20 POA Bylaws.


    If you are interested in volunteering for the Nominating Committee, please contact the office for a Nominating Committee Volunteer form and email to manager@deepcreekfl.com by June 10.

  • Architectural Review Committee Meetings

    The Architectural Review Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month

    If you are turning in a permit, please remember the deadline is 12:00pm noon on the Tuesday before the Architectural Review Committee. This will ensure that your permit is seen on the first available meeting date.

    Please note:  permits will not be accepted for accounts with past due balances.
