  • Board of Directors Meeting

    The monthly Board of Directors meeting is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6pm.  You can attend via Zoom or in person in our office at: 24710 Sandhill Blvd #804.

    An additional Board meeting will be held each month on the 4th Thursday at 2pm to address deed restrictions.  Only deed restrictions will be discussed at this meeting.

    Please watch your email for details regarding the meetings and how to attend via Zoom.

  • Board of Directors Resume Search

    Now that we're approaching a new fiscal year, we are currently looking for owners to run for the Board of Directors. This year, we will have four open seats on the Board.

     

    If you are interested in being on our Board of Directors, please keep in mind that the meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of every month at our office (24710 Sandhill Blvd, Unit 804 Punta Gorda, FL 33983). Only owners are permitted to be on the Board of Directors.

     

    All resumes must be submitted in a narrative form to our office either via mail, e-mail or you may drop off a physical copy (we do have a drop box if our office is closed).

     

    The deadline to submit your resume is: June 15th

     

    To ensure all resumes can be reviewed and printed for the annual meeting packet, no submissions will be taken after the date above. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office!

  • Architectural Review Committee Meetings

    The Architectural Review Committee meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.

    If you are turning in a permit, please remember the deadline is 12:00pm noon on the day before the Architectural Review Committee. This will ensure that your permit is seen on the first available meeting date.

    Please note:  permits will not be accepted for accounts with past due balances.
